Bio
For ten years I was the Associate Partner for a Technical staffing company (C&T Consulting Services) in Austin, Texas. I consulted with numerous IT professionals and clients throughout Texas and the United States. I have been providing Professional and Life Coaching for individuals, small business owners and corporations since 2001. I am also a Certified Retreat Leader and offer retreats for individuals and groups who want to explore specific areas of personal and professional growth while relaxing and learning new forms of communication.
Interests
I love many things that include exploring spirituality, for instance, I am a member of a group called “Heartfelt Conversations”. This group is comprised of people from all walks of life from all over the world who want to have heartfelt conversations about life and the beyond in order to become aware of the piece they play in this life. I love the great outdoors, animals, a good movie, play, music and books. Travel is a passion and most especially to anyplace that has good scuba diving. Not a surprise, I enjoy practicing yoga. I love many things that include exploring spirituality.
Favorite Saying
“What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?”
Most Unique Coaching Opportunity
One of them would have to be Vocation Vacations and the whole way I was attracted to it because of a two page advertorial that caught my eye featuring the V.V. CEO, Brian Kurth, in Fast Company magazine. I really identified with V.V. and how it helps people help themselves by offering them a venue to explore their career dreams. What fun getting to coach people who are curious and willing to take calculated risks!
Most Unique Adventure
When I realized that I was in a helicopter without walls as we went up to 1,000 feet above “the Grand Canyon” of Kauai in Hawaii. Although I’m sure the view was beautiful, I was pretty much willing to slide back down the volcano through the trees on my seat when we stopped at the gorgeous falls for lunch. They didn’t let me, of course, but I sure would have if given the opportunity!
